January 30-31, 2020 | Villa Rica, GA
Have you ever felt like your ministry is stuck? We have all felt that way at some point.
Having the willingness to move forward, but being unable to take steps in that direction is difficult. Maybe you feel trapped, burned out, or just alone in ministry.
If you’ve ever felt that way about your church or ministry life, it’s time for a SHIFT.
About The SHIFT Conference
We know that you want to be the pastor of a thriving church.
In order to do that, you need to reach a younger generation. The problem is, for many, the church seems irrelevant in today’s culture—we keep doing the same thing, expecting different results which makes you feel overwhelmed by what to do next.
We believe it’s possible to reach the next generation without compromising the truth of the Gospel.
We understand because, in 2003-2005, we lost many people attempting to shift our church’s culture to reach this next generation.
But over the next five years, we baptized more people than we had lost!
And over the eight years after that, we doubled our average attendance. We know that God has done something amazing here and we also know that He can do amazing things in your ministry! Are you ready to get started?
