Lead Pastor of Midway Church
Todd Wright has been the Lead Pastor of Midway Church in Villa Rica, GA for over 23 years. Under his leadership, the church has grown from 200 to 2000 people who call Midway home. He has led the 172-year-old church through almost every “church health barrier” imaginable to become a vibrant, vision-driven, multigenerational, multiracial, contemporary community of faith. Todd is also the co-author of Journeys: Transitioning Churches to Relevance. Todd and his wife Lisa live in Roopville, Ga. They have 2 married daughters, and 4 grandchildren.

Where is the SHIFT Conference?
The Shift Conference is hosted by Midway Church in Villa Rica, GA. We’re about an hour west of Atlanta in the middle of West Georgia. We are 46.5 miles from the Atlanta Airport.
What is the SHIFT Conference?
SHIFT Conference was created to help stuck churches move forward. We want you to come learn and leave refreshed, renewed, and revitalized to go back and lead your church to move forward. What you’ll experience:

- Connect with other church leaders who are passionate about moving their churches forward through their SHIFT

What If I Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel, please click here to contact our conference administrator to look at options. While no payments will be returned, they may be substituted for a participant of your choice or used to help another person attend. Please do not ask the Shift team to make exceptions to this policy.
What About Childcare?
We are unable to accommodate children at this conference, and they will not be allowed in the main sessions or the breakouts. Please make alternate arrangements for any childcare needs. If it is necessary to bring a nursing infant with you, a nursing room will be provided. You will need to arrange offsite childcare during non-feeding times.
How Can We Pay?
Payment may be made by check or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For credit card payments, the full amount will be charged to your account at the time you register. For check payments, please click here. We must receive a check for the full amount within 10 days, or your ticket will be released.
Do you provide foreign language translations?
At this time, we do not offer translators or translation services. Due to the disruption and discomfort this may create for the majority of our guests, no audible translations will be permitted in any breakouts or main sessions.
Is there a waiting list?
Once we have reached our maximum capacity, a waiting list will be opened. Names will be added to the list in the order they are received, and they will be removed from the list in the same order as space becomes available. Priority will not be given to churches or organizations that already have groups attending or to those that have already purchased airline tickets. Please be sure your conference registration is confirmed before purchasing airline tickets
